Physical Therapist
Jason P. Hamilton is our highly trained physical therapist with over 25 years of experience. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with degrees from Alma College and the University of Michigan. Throughout his career, he has worked with a variety of patients including pediatrics and geriatrics. He works diligently to provide the best care in evidence-based physical therapy intervention. Jason has experience teaching at the University of Michigan-Flint and has taken part in an extensive list of continuing education courses in the areas of orthopedics/manual therapy/therapeutic exercise/back & neck pain. He is attentive in observing each individual as a whole person, not just an injury.

Carrie Hamilton is our highly trained physical therapist with over 20 plus years of experience working at St. Joseph Mercy. She joined Hamilton Physical Therapy in 2018 with over 25 years of experience in the field of physical therapy. Carrie is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with degrees from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and the University of Michigan (Flint). Throughout her career, she has worked with a variety of orthopedic patients and has completed an extensive list of continuing education courses in the areas of orthopedics/manual therapy and vestibular rehab. Carrie seeks to make change in her community, one patient at a time.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Shannon is our physical therapist assistant. She joined Hamilton Physical Therapy in 2026. Shannon is a graduate of Mott Community College Physical Therapist Assistant program. Shannon is dedicated to making a difference in our patient’s lives. When she is not in the clinic she loves spending quality time with her family. A few of Shannon’s interests include softball, golfing, walking, and working out.
Office Manager
Colleen is our Office Manager with a wealth of experience. She joined Hamilton Physical Therapy in 2025. Colleen is responsible for the day to day operations of the office, including managing the front staff, handling patient intake, scheduling appointments, and maintaining smooth operation of the front office.
