Physical Therapist

Jason Hamilton
Jason Hamilton, PT, MPT, OCS

Jason P. Hamilton is our highly trained physical therapist with over 22 years of experience. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with degrees from Alma College and the University of Michigan. Throughout his career, he has worked with a variety of patients including pediatrics and geriatrics. He works diligently to provide the best care in evidence-based physical therapy intervention. Jason has experience teaching at the University of Michigan-Flint and has taken part in an extensive list of continuing education courses in the areas of orthopedics/manual therapy/therapeutic exercise/back & neck pain. He is attentive in observing each individual as a whole person, not just an injury.

Carrie Hamilton, PT, MPT, OCS

Carrie Hamilton is our highly trained physical therapist with over 20 plus years of experience working at St. Joseph Mercy. She joined Hamilton Physical Therapy in 2018. Carrie is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with degrees from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and the University of Michigan (Flint). Throughout her career, she has worked with a variety of orthopedic patients and has completed an extensive list of continuing education courses in the areas of orthopedics/manual therapy and vestibular rehab. Carrie seeks to make change in her community, one patient at a time.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Neil Walker, PTA

Neil Walker is our physical therapist assistant with over 7 years of experience. He joined Hamilton Physical Therapy in 2017. He is a graduate of the Mott Community College Physical Therapist Assistant program. Throughout his career, he has worked with a variety of orthopedic patients from pediatric to geriatrics. Neil is compassionate about making a difference in our patient’s lives. He is married to his beautiful wife Stefanie and they have four wonderful children together. When he is not in the clinic he loves spending quality time with his family. A few of Neil’s interests include camping, golfing, reading, and oil painting.

Office Manager

Christa Scheneman, Office Manager

Christa Scheneman is our Office Manager with great experience in a health care setting. She has been with Hamilton Physical Therapy since 2018. She is responsible for the day to day operations of the office, including managing the front staff, handling patient intake, scheduling appointments, and maintaining smooth operation of the front office.
